Please note that as part of the Governments strategy to minimise the spread of Covid 19, INIS have announced as a temporary measure for continuing to deal with the above applications. Between 18 January 2021 and Friday 30 April 2021, EU Treaty Rights and Domestic Residence applications can be submitted via email together with copies of supporting documentation.

EU Treaty Rights Division will require the original application to be submitted by post in due course. Domestic Residence may request original documentation to be submitted by post in due course. All applicants can wait to be advised accordingly by INIS during the course of their application.
